This is an examination of a real case of a two-pillar consulting and think tank in an entrepreneurial approach. The central theme of this chapter is to explore the necessity when two pillars are combined through the creation of a real company. The chapter considers all processes and procedures, to innovate, pioneer, and blend ideas within the market’s needs. This chapter discusses empirical and working knowledge of a two-pillar consulting and think tank policy entrepreneurial start-up. This chapter results from the author’s ongoing experience who values collaboration and pioneering processes through the company profile and approach that he considers to be a pioneer in both strategic approach and operational levels.
